Thank you for your messages. Please rest assured that, as the Administrator of this competition, both we and the Sponsor are taking this issue very seriously. No one who was unable to submit to the Samsung GALAXY Apps Seller Office due to this Seller Office error will be disadvantaged.
Current information tells us that this error will be fixed on the Seller Office site on October 6th.
In the mean time, developers who are receiving the error message, "Package ID (wgt) is not valid. Package ID (wgt) of registered binaries must be the same," when trying to update their Gear binary files in the Samsung GALAXY Apps Seller Office, should follow the steps below:
1. Take a screenshot of the error you are receiving when trying to upload your new Gear binary file.

2. Send an email with your App Name, Seller ID, original Content ID, and a screenshot of the error message to: support@ssac2014.com and support@challengepost.com.
3. Update your app on the Samsung GALAXY Apps Seller Office after the October 6th fix is released.
We will work with the Samsung GALAXY Apps Seller Office to reach back out to you individually to continue the Certification process.
