Time of October 23rd's Winner Announcement?

As judging has likely just ended (http://gearappfinal.challengepost.com/details/dates), my thoughts turn to anticipation of the results. With the amazing and surprising quality of the round 2 entries, I'm actually completely uncertain what will make the cut.

I see on the schedule that the announcement is set for October 23rd (http://gearappfinal.challengepost.com/details/schedule) but cannot locate a time anywhere. Is it the same as the usual 5 PM EST? Or will it just be sometime during that day? Thank you!

    As Far as I remember, I am pretty sure I read somewhere its 5 PM EST (or 5:30?) but now at this instant unable to find it written anywhere.

    Thanks for your patience. We are very excited to announce the Top 40 winners this week! At this time we're still finalizing the list and we will be announcing the Top 40 just prior to the public voting start on October 24th.

    Guess this discreet change to 24th mean another day of waiting... so results will be published before 11am EDT ?
