Number of registrants

Hi, I am just personally curious how come there are 228 registrants in this challenge (participants section) while they were 200 1st round awards ( and therefore less than 200 finalists as some might have more than 1 winning entry).
I saw that some participants listed there are challengepost representatives. Who are the others ? :-)

    anyone can register by click the "Register for this challenge" button. But only finalist from Round 1 is eligible. Other app these are not Round 1 finalist will be not included in challenge.
