Pass certyfication or be on sale

For the purpose of Round 2 is it needed that app pass certification and be in store or just pass certification?
I am asking while for me it is not worth to start selling until Samsung repair bug with disappearing app from "Top Downloads" rank after update.

  Hi kurak38,

  Thanks so much for your question. The rules state that "Applications must be distributed publicly on Samsung GALAXY Apps and distribution on Samsung GALAXY Apps must continue until the date of winners’ announcement."

  Thus, you do need to both pass certification AND be distributing your app on the Samsung GALAXY Apps store by the certification deadline.
