App's status is changed from Under device test back to Ready for pre-review???

Hi guys,

Any one here facing this problem? My app was under device test for some days and then it was suddenly changed back to Ready for pre-review. I cannot get the update out to the store for almost 2 weeks now because of this issue (submitted the update twice). I mailed them but they don't seem to trust me :| How on earth should I improve my app when they work like this :|

Btw, my non-finalist app passed the review just fine. Weird.
