Send Invoice (1 paper) cost

In the instruction we need to send the invoice with tracking number.
UPS ask for $65, FedEx was $10 cheaper: $55.
Anyone else had the same expense to send just 1 paper?

@leenguyenlovie Where do you get that information from? I thought you only have to pay $600 when you are required to submit tax forms when *necessary*.

Yes, Fedex was the cheapest at my local mom and pop shipping outlet, a bit more than $50.
It could cost more because I haven't really studied the tax treaty between US and Korea. An accountant may have to answer that.

@NathanWA - if you don't mind sharing, do you know what you put for: Article, Paragraph, Subparagraph, Type of Income, and Tax Rate? Assuming you did the reduced tax rate form.

(I'm from the USA as well and just had not found a clear source for that information. I emailed Samsung about it but didn't get a reply. Figured I'd take my best guess tonight but would appreciate what other people from my country used).

I don't mind sharing, but I haven't heard back from the accountants yet. They had to send the question up the chain.

The example implies that Article, Paragraph, Subparagraph are optional. Without finding the exact paragraph, though, I'm not sure I can name Type of Income or Tax Rate.

Tax treaty documents from IRS.gov list the full text without any summaries or tables.
It has so many notwithstanding clauses that someone would probably have to understand the whole thing. I don't.

I'm not even certain if a single member LLC taxed as an S Corp is considered a corporation for this form's purpose. Assuming yes, though.

The title of this document : "...(for Foreign Corporation)" .
Individual (Private seller) also need to fill this ?

If you have an account in FedEx, drop my fee from $53 to $44 from US to Korea

Yeah, I think based on today's email, we just all put 20% and other income.
