Can't upload affidavit

Can't upload affidavit - anyone had similar problem? Why all those paperwork/certificate user experience have to be such a pain Samsung? Already wasted a couple of hours trying to upload, compress, tinkering with different browsers.

    Ok I finally did work after few another tries with another computer
