Information on device updates will be provided in early September?

Now they say:
Information on device updates will be provided in early September!

I certainly understand if you don't want to talk in detail about the new device you may or may not be announcing on September 3rd at IFA. Were it not for this conference I would have to assume that Gear Live was the latest Gear device.

But can you not answer the following?
"support the latest Samsung Gear Device" [does/does not] refer to the Gear Live.
"support the latest Samsung Gear Device" [does/does not] refer to whatever device Samsung announces next week at IFA.
"support the latest Samsung Gear Device" [should/should not] be disregarded by participants.
Participants [will/will not] be able to get the development tools and the new device announced at IFA next week in a timely manner.
