Query regarding finalist listing position

Are the apps listed according to their positions?

  I can see why we would want that information. Knowing whether it's worthwhile to quit your day job or sell the farm in the next round or quit while one is ahead.

  At the same time, I can see why they would not purposely tell us that information, nor admit to it if they accidentally did.

  I'm sure if they reply at all, they will say that the winners are listed in "no particular order".
