Changing the name of the app

I've planned major app update expanding its features, but when I do so the current app name will not relate to the features implemented. Is it allowed to change the name of the app which qualified to the finals?

    In general the thing that could be helpful for more contestants to clarify from the organizer side is type and amount of mods you can do it with your app. I assume that if for instance safety alert app was submitted in the 1st phase than obviously it cannot be updated to racing game in the 2nd round as there would be not continuity at ll. But questions is can the can main app function become for example a side feature in updated app.
